Pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company has authorized Mr. Shri Dass Maheshwari, Whole Time Director & CFO and/or Ms. Krishna Makwana, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer to determine materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to the Stock Exchange under this Regulation.
