The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.11 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 0.37 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 200.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.89 per cent at Rs 83.59 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 81.24 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.08 per cent to Rs 76.80 crore from Rs 75.98 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 29.09 per cent to Rs 6.79 crore as against Rs 5.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 25.31 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 11.52 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.46 crore, while Taxation increased by 441.67 per cent at Rs 0.65 crore (Dec'22 Rs 0.12 crore).
