The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.36 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 0.37 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 2.70 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.35 per cent at Rs 16.31 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.26 per cent to Rs 15.30 crore from Rs 13.39 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 73.68 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.38 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 34.67 per cent to Rs 1.01 crore as against Rs 0.75 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 15.98 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 8.11 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.40 crore, while Taxation decreased by 23.08 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore (Dec'22 Rs 0.13 crore).
