The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.02 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 1.52 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 98.68 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 21.30 per cent at Rs 52.51 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 43.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.58 per cent to Rs 49.71 crore from Rs 45.78 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 97.70 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 5.65 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 212.45 per cent to Rs 2.80 crore as against Rs -2.49 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 192.70 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 79.01 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.45 crore, while Taxation increased by 151.85 per cent at Rs 0.14 crore (Dec'22 Rs -0.27 crore).
