The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.89 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 0.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 27.14 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.41 per cent at Rs 51.06 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 48.44 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.70 per cent to Rs 49.54 crore from Rs 46.43 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 128.57 per cent at Rs 0.48 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.21 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 24.88 per cent to Rs 1.51 crore as against Rs 2.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 28.61 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 60.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 9.68 per cent at Rs 0.34 crore (Dec'22 Rs 0.31 crore).
