The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.25 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 0.22 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 13.64 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.45 per cent at Rs 57.85 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 48.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.54 per cent to Rs 56.21 crore from Rs 46.63 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.18 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 17.99 per cent to Rs 1.64 crore as against Rs 1.39 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.41 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 10.31 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.07 crore, while Taxation increased by 18.18 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore (Dec'22 Rs 0.11 crore).
