The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.95 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 1.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 1.52 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.68 per cent at Rs 33.31 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 30.37 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.70 per cent to Rs 30.18 crore from Rs 26.78 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1900.00 per cent at Rs 0.20 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 12.81 per cent to Rs 3.13 crore as against Rs 3.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 20.32 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 67.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.13 crore, while Taxation decreased by 1.23 per cent at Rs 0.80 crore (Dec'22 Rs 0.81 crore).
