The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 18.30 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 22.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 19.98 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.31 per cent at Rs 133.51 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 116.80 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.86 per cent to Rs 110.98 crore from Rs 93.37 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 20.85 per cent at Rs 5.01 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 6.33 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 3.84 per cent to Rs 22.53 crore as against Rs 23.43 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 15.85 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 47.06 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.18 crore, while Taxation increased by 58.41 per cent at Rs 7.35 crore (Dec'22 Rs 4.64 crore).
