Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023.\r\nPursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015, we are enclosing herewith the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors on the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2023 collectively.
