The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.05 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 4.55 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 10.99 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 3.64 per cent at Rs 25.98 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 26.96 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.50 per cent to Rs 20.79 crore from Rs 22.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 61.59 per cent at Rs 2.23 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 1.38 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4.64 per cent to Rs 5.19 crore as against Rs 4.96 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 8.48 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 260.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.18 crore, while Taxation increased by 36.43 per cent at Rs 1.76 crore (Dec'22 Rs 1.29 crore).
