The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.26 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 1.17 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 93.16 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.74 per cent at Rs 48.64 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 53.89 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.71 per cent to Rs 45.35 crore from Rs 50.79 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 44.00 per cent at Rs 1.80 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 1.25 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5.79 per cent to Rs 3.29 crore as against Rs 3.11 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 17.16 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 36.17 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.28 crore, while Taxation decreased by 45.78 per cent at Rs 0.45 crore (Dec'22 Rs 0.83 crore).
