Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company hereby submits Outcome of the Board Meeting held on Monday, 12 February, 2024 for the purpose of consideration and approval of Standalone as well as Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023 along with Limited Review Report thereon and consideration of other matters.
