Pursuant to Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) the board of Directors of the Company inter alia considered and approved reappointment of M/s. Shweta Mundra and Associated, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the secretarial auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-2024.
