The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.21 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 0.23 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 8.70 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 40.34 per cent at Rs 4.91 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 8.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 43.93 per cent to Rs 4.02 crore from Rs 7.17 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 62.50 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.08 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 15.09 per cent to Rs 0.90 crore as against Rs 1.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 42.11 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 11.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.52 crore, while Taxation decreased by 120.00 per cent at Rs -0.02 crore (Dec'22 Rs 0.10 crore).
