Approval of unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report issued\r\nby the Statutory Auditor of the Company for the quarter on 31st December, 2023.\r\n2. Appointment of Cost Auditor for the financial year 2023-24 due to the casual\r\nvacancy caused by the cost auditor appointed on 29th May, 2023.
