The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.47 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 0.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 635.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 73.73 per cent at Rs 35.77 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 20.59 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 96.63 per cent to Rs 37.36 crore from Rs 19.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1309.09 per cent at Rs 4.65 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.33 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 200.00 per cent to Rs -1.59 crore as against Rs 1.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 157.64 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 87.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.30 crore, while Taxation increased by 900.00 per cent at Rs 0.50 crore (Dec'22 Rs 0.05 crore).
