The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.27 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 0.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 6.90 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 25.59 per cent at Rs 19.24 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.32 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 30.88 per cent to Rs 18.35 crore from Rs 14.02 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.40 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 31.54 per cent to Rs 0.89 crore as against Rs 1.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 45.53 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 7.69 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.70 crore, while Taxation decreased by 35.71 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore (Dec'22 Rs 0.14 crore).
