The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.22 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 0.85 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 74.12 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.59 per cent at Rs 13.37 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.09 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.50 per cent to Rs 12.69 crore from Rs 10.80 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 22.22 per cent at Rs 0.11 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.09 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 47.69 per cent to Rs 0.68 crore as against Rs 1.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 52.61 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 24.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.36 crore, while Taxation decreased by 700.00 per cent at Rs -0.06 crore (Dec'22 Rs 0.01 crore).
