The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.51 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 0.38 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 34.21 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.60 per cent at Rs 29.92 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 32.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 8.20 per cent to Rs 28.79 crore from Rs 31.36 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.09 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 11.88 per cent to Rs 1.13 crore as against Rs 1.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 20.13 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 28.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.20 crore, while Taxation increased by 46.67 per cent at Rs 0.22 crore (Dec'22 Rs 0.15 crore).
