The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.18 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 0.90 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 80.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 22.48 per cent at Rs 25.44 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 20.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 25.28 per cent to Rs 24.83 crore from Rs 19.82 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 141.67 per cent at Rs 0.29 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.12 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 36.84 per cent to Rs 0.60 crore as against Rs 0.95 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 47.81 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 2700.00 per cent at Rs 0.52 crore (Dec'22 Rs -0.02 crore).
