The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.37 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 239.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 95.25 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.05 per cent at Rs 9.04 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 7.53 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 102.91 per cent to Rs 6.58 crore from Rs -226.25 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 83.63 per cent at Rs 1.10 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 6.72 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 98.95 per cent to Rs 2.45 crore as against Rs 233.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 99.12 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 72.31 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.36 crore
