With respect to above, we wish to inform that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held on Wednesday the 14th February, 2024 wherein the following matters have been discussed and approved:\r\n1. The Board noted and took on records the minutes of the meeting of the Audit Committee and Independent Directors Meetings held on the day.\r\n2. The Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023 as reviewed by the Audit Committee, were approved by the Board and it also took on record the Limited Review Report in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and IND-AS promulgated.\r\n3. The Board took note of the Internal Audit Report issued by M/s Ganga Prakash, Chartered Accountants, for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023.\r\n
