The Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2023 as reviewed by the Audit Committee, were approved by the Board and it took on records the Limited Review Report in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and IND-AS promulgated.
