Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Director approved the appointment of Dr.S.CH. Dharma Rao as an Additional (Non-Executive) Director of the Company with effect from February 14, 2024 subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company.\r\n\r\nDr.S.CH. Dharma Rao will be a Non-Executive Director and he is not related to the Promoter or Promoter Group and fulfill the criteria as required under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules framed there under and the Listing Regulations.\r\n\r\nThe relevant details of the captioned appointment, as per the requirement of Reg 30 are given in Annexure A.\r\n\r\nWe request you to take the above information on record and acknowledge the receipt of the same.
