The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.61 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 2.22 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 27.48 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.85 per cent at Rs 13.23 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 16.02 per cent to Rs 10.43 crore from Rs 12.42 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 400.00 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1.81 per cent to Rs 2.81 crore as against Rs 2.76 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.48 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 56.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.11 crore, while Taxation increased by 395.24 per cent at Rs 0.62 crore (Dec'22 Rs -0.21 crore).
