We hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held today from 02:30 pm to 03:50 pm have considered, approved and taken on record the unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report of the company for the quarter ended 31st December 2023.\r\n\r\nThe Net profit of the company for the Quarter ended on 31st December 2023 is Rs 27.39 lakhs and upto the year ended is Rs 100.01 lakhs.\r\n\r\nThe details result will be shared separately.\r\n\r\nPlease take a note of this and put up the above for the information of the members of the company.
