Considered and approved the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31, 2023, duly reviewed by the Audit Committee. \r\nii. On the recommendation of the Audit Committee, approved the appointment of Ms. Sakshi Gupta, Practicing Company Secretary (Membership Number: ACS 59295) as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24.
