Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Securities and Exchange Board of India vide its letter number SEBI/HO/CFD/RAC/DCR-2/P/OW/27338/2023 dated July 07, 2023 had extended the time period for the Open Offer, till the receipt of necessary approvals from the RBI, subject to Acquirer agreeing to pay interest to the shareholders @ 10% p.a. for the delay.
