The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.75 crore compared to net loss of Rs 1.23 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.13 per cent at Rs 14.10 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 16.03 per cent to Rs 13.25 crore from Rs 15.78 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 66.67 per cent at Rs 1.05 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.63 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 211.84 per cent to Rs 0.85 crore as against Rs -0.76 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 219.17 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 17.54 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.67 crore, while Taxation increased by 50.00 per cent at Rs -0.03 crore (Dec'22 Rs -0.02 crore).
