The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.15 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 1.21 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 87.60 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 79.23 per cent at Rs 3.17 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.26 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 76.08 per cent to Rs 3.31 crore from Rs 13.84 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 54.17 per cent at Rs 0.37 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.24 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 109.09 per cent to Rs -0.13 crore as against Rs 1.43 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 145.41 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 750.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.34 crore, while Taxation decreased by 4300.00 per cent at Rs -0.84 crore (Dec'22 Rs 0.02 crore).
