The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.69 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 0.17 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 305.88 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 43.23 per cent at Rs 92.63 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 163.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 44.20 per cent to Rs 90.72 crore from Rs 162.58 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 179.17 per cent at Rs -0.19 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.24 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 233.33 per cent to Rs 1.90 crore as against Rs 0.57 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 488.57 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.30 crore, while Taxation increased by 380.00 per cent at Rs 0.24 crore (Dec'22 Rs 0.05 crore).
