Pursuant to the Regulation 32 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations , 2015 the company hereby confirms that there has been no deviations or variations in the use of public issue proceeds raised from the IPO. We further submit that the IPO proceeds has been utilized for the purpose as stated in the prospectus. Hence the statement of deviation and variation is not applicable to the Company.
