This is in reference to the above mentioned subject and the financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2023 as reviewed by audit committee and approved by the Board and submitted to the Stock Exchange on 14th February 2024 at 14:10 hours vide acknowledgment number 6858988 in which other income Non -Operating incurred by sale of Investment in properties were shown after giving net effect in other expenses head instead of showing the bifurcation of the said amount in Other income Non-Operating and Other Expenses due to a Typographical error and the said mistake was erroneous and unintentional.
