The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.81 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 3.56 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 35.11 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 3.27 per cent at Rs 13.02 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 13.59 per cent to Rs 8.90 crore from Rs 10.30 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 39.67 per cent at Rs 2.57 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 1.84 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 30.48 per cent to Rs 4.11 crore as against Rs 3.15 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 34.93 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation increased by 37.40 per cent at Rs 1.69 crore (Dec'22 Rs 1.23 crore).
