The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.95 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 2.72 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 65.07 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.61 per cent at Rs 57.03 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 54.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.19 per cent to Rs 55.68 crore from Rs 49.63 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 41.01 per cent at Rs 0.82 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 1.39 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 69.18 per cent to Rs 1.35 crore as against Rs 4.38 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 70.74 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation decreased by 77.41 per cent at Rs 0.54 crore (Dec'22 Rs 2.39 crore).
