In furtherance of the intimation given on February 15, 2024 under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Company has paid further fine of Rs. 37,000/- (Rupees Thirty Seven Thousand Only) for the period from January 12, 2024 to February 17, 2024 to CSE (Calcutta Stock Exchange) under SEBI Circular No. SEEBI/HO/OIAE/IGRD/CIR/P/2020/152/ dated 13.08.2020 for not resolving the complaint of the investor within 60 days against the Company.
