Taken on record cessation of Mrs. Renuka Rao Chinta from the post of Chief Financial Officer (Key\r\nManagerial Personnel) of the Company w.e.f. 22nd February,2024 pursuant to reconstitution of Board\r\nof the Company in terms of the Resolution Plan approved by the Hon'ble National Company Law\r\nTribunal (NCLT) vide order dated 24th March, 2023\r\n2. Appointment of Mr. Lingala Venkat Ram as the Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel)\r\nof the Company w.e.f. 22nd February,2024.\r\n3. Appointment of Ms. Priyanka Pandey (having membership No. ACS-73202) as the Company\r\nSecretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company w.e.f. 22nd day of\r\nFebruary, 2024.
