The Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on 22nd February, 2024, have taken on record the cessation of Mrs. Renuka Rao Chinta from the post of CFO of the Company pursuant to the reconstitution of Board of the Company in accordance with the Resolution Plan approved by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) vide its order dated 24th March, 2023.\r\n\r\nYou are requested to take the same on record.
