The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.69 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 0.54 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 27.78 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.42 per cent at Rs 12.40 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 12.67 per cent to Rs 10.68 crore from Rs 12.23 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 30.53 per cent to Rs 1.71 crore as against Rs 1.31 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 42.58 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 16.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.58 crore, while Taxation increased by 45.00 per cent at Rs 0.29 crore (Dec'22 Rs 0.20 crore).
