The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.44 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 2.62 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 45.04 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 123.93 per cent at Rs 206.42 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 92.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 135.87 per cent to Rs 199.50 crore from Rs 84.58 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.06 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 9.08 per cent to Rs 6.91 crore as against Rs 7.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 59.34 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 117.72 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.53 crore, while Taxation decreased by 119.05 per cent at Rs -0.24 crore (Dec'22 Rs 1.26 crore).
