In terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the United Van Der Horst Limited (\the Company\) has fixed Thursday, March 21, 2024 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of Sub-division/Split of every 1 (one) equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each, fully paid-up into 2 (Two) equity Shares having face value of Rs. 5 (Rupees Five only) each fully paid-up, as approved by the shareholders through Postal ballot on February 24, 2024.
