It is hereby informed that the Company has decided to disinvest its entire investment from M/s Arvog Enterprises Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Finkurve Financial Services Limited which was incorporated on October 20, 2023.\r\n\r\nThe Company had incorporated WOS for carrying out a specific business, in line with its existing business. However, due to certain reasons, the company could not start the said business operations in the WOS and also not longer intends to pursue the said purpose for which WOS was incorporated and therefore has decided to disinvest its entire investment from WOS. Further, it may be noted that it is not a Material Subsidiary of the Company and that such disinvestment shall not affect the revenue or business of the Company.
