The Company was informed by the office of Shri Brijendra Sahay, (DIN: 00017600), Independent Director-Non Executive through email dated 28th February 2024 about his sad demise on 14th February 2024. The Death Certificate will be made available as soon as they receive the same from resignation authorities and subsequently will be filed for compliance.
