With reference to the captioned subject we would like to inform that we have downloaded communication dated 2nd March, 2024 from BSE Listing Centre Portal seeking clarification from the Company for significant increase in the volume of the security across exchanges in the recent past. In this regard, we humbly submit that the Company has duly informed stock exchanges from time to time, all events and information as required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) 2015. We further submit that to the best of our knowledge there is no information/announcements which needs to be informed to the Exchanges at this point of time.
