Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 and in furtherance of our intimation dated December 08, 2023 where the company had filed appeal before NCLAT as being aggrieved with the order of NCLT rejecting the application filed under Section 54A and 54C of IBC 2016 for initiating PPIRP the Appellate Authority i.e., NCLAT vide order dated March 05, 2024 has set aside the order of NCLT and has allowed the appeal filed by the company.\r\nTherefore pursuant to the order of Appellate Authority (NCLAT), The Adjudicating Authority (NCLT) is required to consider the Application filed under Section 54A and 54C of IBC 2016 again and pass an order under Section 54C, subsection (4) expeditiously preferably within a period of 3 months from the date when the date when order is produced before Adjudicating Authority.\r\nConsequently, the company will provide any relevant information on the future course of action in a timely manner.
