(a) On the directions of the BSE i.e. to maintain 5 % shares in public category vide Securities Contracts Regulation Act 1956, modified resolution plan has been filed with Hon'ble NCLT, Hyderabad vide IA no: IA (IB) 1576 of 2023 in CP (IB) No. 115/9/HDB/2020 and the same was approved by the Hon'ble NCLT, Hyderabad bench on 20/02/2024.\r\n\r\n(b) The necessary e-form INC-28 is being filed with the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad (\RoC\). In terms of the provisions of Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, Friday, March 22, 2024 has been fixed as the Record Date by the Board of Directors of the Company for determining the names of the equity shareholders of the Company who shall be entitled to receive the equity shares of the Company as per the attached Hon'ble NCLT order.\r\n\r\nKindly note that Board Meeting commenced at 19: 30 Hrs and ended at 20 : 15 Hrs on 07/03/2024.
