The Company has received an order dated March 06,2024 (\Order\) from the Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, Vapi levying on the Company a penalty of Rs.44,922 under Section 73(9) of the Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 and Gujarat Goods and Service Tax At, 2017.\r\n\r\nThe Order has been passed alleging excess availment of input tax credits for Financial year 2018-19. The Company will take further action as legally advised.\r\n\r\nThere is no material impact on financials, operations or other activity of the Company due to the Order.
