Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, the Board in its meeting today i.e. 14th March, 2024, pursuant to the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee has appointed Ms. Banmala Jha, as the Manager being the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company for a period of 3 years.
