Mr. L Ganesh, Chairman has informed that he is retiring as Chairman from the operating companies of Rane Group, effective from the closure of business hours on March 31, 2024 and he will continue to serve on the Board as a Non- Executive Director in these entities. He will continue as Chairman and Managing Director of Rane Holdings Limited.\r\n\r\nMr. Harish Lakshman will take over as Chairman of Rane Group effective from April 01, 2024 and will continue as Vice- Chairman and Join Managing Director.\r\n\r\nA press release is enclosed.
