Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) we wish to inform you that the Compensation Committee has approved the allotment of 5,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to the CCL Employees trust pursuant to the CCL Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2022.
